ResponsibilitiesYou will:- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to develop innovative data center infrastructure and high-density rack solutions that meet customer, performance, and reliability requirements
- Design and develop mechanical and thermal components for air- and liquid-cooled systems using 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools such as Creo or SolidWorks, including sheet metal, plastic, die-cast, and electromechanical assemblies
- Lead component and subsystem design activities, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and design validation to ensure performance and manufacturability goals are achieved
- Apply engineering analyses and simulation tools, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and interpret technical specifications, test data, and supplier documentation to drive informed design decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and tooling teams to support product development from concept through production and continuous improvement

Essential Requirements- 5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical product development or equivalent skill
- Experience designing mechanical systems and components from concept through validation, with knowledge of or experience in air and liquid cooling technologies for data center or IT infrastructure applications
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Creo or SolidWorks, including the design of sheet metal, plastic, die-cast, and other manufactured components
- Ability to interpret technical datasheets, engineering drawings, and product specifications, and apply sound engineering judgment to design decisions
- Firm understanding of engineering analysis and simulation tools, including FEA, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners throughout the product development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with thermal management components and rack-level cooling solutions for data centers
- Experience designing high-density IT infrastructure, server, or rack-based hardware systems
