Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Fibrebond engineering team based at our manufacturing campus in Minden, LA. Relocation assistance is available to candidate currently residing in the US.

This role is responsible for managing multiple projects associated with power distribution or other related industries from point of sale to delivery. The successful candidate will be the Customer's single in-house contact for all related tasks associated with the project and assume responsibility for all aspect of project execution.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton's modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond's strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.

What you'll do:
Supports communication with customers and their representatives, providing updates and relaying information to internal teams.
Assists in coordinating assigned projects to help ensure production runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.
Helps track project scope, including documenting changes and supporting the processing of change orders.
Works closely with Engineering to support project design efforts and confirm alignment with customer requirements.
Enters and maintains project-related information, including sales orders and engineering jobs, within the ERP system.
Prepares and updates project status reports and distributes updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
Assists in developing long lead bills of materials (BOMs) and coordinates with purchasing to support timely material ordering.
Coordinates with production, installation, transportation, and field service teams to support project schedules and delivery requirements.
Liaises with the Quality Control team to help schedule inspections throughout the production process.
Assists in reviewing minor quality issues and escalates concerns as appropriate.
Supports verification of project data in the ERP system prior to billing and assists with entering job change orders (JCOs).
Logs and tracks post-shipment service calls in the ERP system and ensures proper distribution to relevant teams.
Assists in assembling and preparing submittal documentation for customers.
Collaborates with Engineering to track drawing requirements and support adherence to project timelines.
Helps develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring updates are communicated to stakeholders.
Assists in coordinating warranty-related service requests to support timely resolution.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to read and understand building drawings, site plans, building and equipment layouts, foundation drawings, customer specifications, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in electrical or mechanical engineering, or construction management, or construction technology from an accredited college or university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Projects scheduling.
One (1) year of building construction or building manufacturing experience.
PMP Certification.
One year of experience with Lean Six Sigma projects and implementation.
