As part of our continued success, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Right-of-Way Agent to support property acquisition and relocation services for federally funded transportation and infrastructure projects. What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver acquisition and relocation services in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Act and project-specific regulations
• Support federally funded transportation projects under the guidance of the Project Manager or project team
• Prepare real estate conveyance documents and conduct basic property research, including ownership and boundary details
• Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding acquisition and relocation matters
• Draft and manage project-related documents, reports, and correspondence
• Attend meetings and maintain organized project files and records
• Provide responsive customer service and clear communication to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Background in real estate, title work or similar industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Proven customer service expertise
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA)
• 2+ years of experience in acquisition, negotiation, relocation or related real estate work
• Active Real Estate license in the state of Washington, Oregon, or Idaho
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations related to property acquisition

What We Offer

Landau Associates offers an excellent compensation and benefits package in an environment that promotes personal growth and professional advancement. The compensation range for this position is $72,500 - $82,500 annually. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, performance, location, and internal equity. As part of our compensation program, we review and update our salary ranges at least annually. We provide a wide variety of benefits to support our employees and their families.
