COMPENSATION INFORMATIONThe salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. Senior Stakeholder Experience Specialist | Pay Range: $87,950.00 - $112,190.00

Stakeholder Experience Specialist II | Pay Range: $70,320.00 - $87,890.00

Do you have system administrator and technical support experience? Do you also have Salesforce admin or developer experience? This is a great opportunity to jump into a position with a growing and evolving use of Salesforce that will give you the freedom to be creative while supporting business needs and enhancing stakeholder experiences.

We're looking for a Stakeholder Experience Specialist to join our Stakeholder Relations team and play a key role in managing the technical tools, systems, and support services that help us engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role combines system administration, process improvement, and exceptional customer service. You'll be the go-to person for IT-related issues within the department and will serve as the main liaison between Stakeholder Relations and SPP's IT teams. Your efforts will help improve compliance processes, increase operational efficiency, and elevate the stakeholder experience.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with department staff and leadership to identify stakeholder concerns, analyze issues, and recommend effective solutions related to SPP systems, tools, and processes
  • Monitor and analyze stakeholder trends across SPP using available tools and reporting data to help drive proactive issue resolution and service improvements
  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance for SPP systems, applications, and operational processes
  • Manage and facilitate stakeholder inquiries from intake through resolution, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the process
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure stakeholders receive accurate and prompt support
  • Keep internal teams informed of IT-related schedules, system impacts, process changes, and issue resolutions that may affect stakeholders or operations
  • Escalate unresolved or high-impact concerns to leadership when necessary to support timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Create and analyze reports from existing data to identify opportunities for stakeholder enhancements, operational improvements, and service optimization
  • Maintain a broad understanding of SPP's functional areas and business operations to effectively coordinate across teams and resolve stakeholder concerns
  • Accurately maintain and update stakeholder and customer-related data within internal systems and databases
  • Lead and support innovative process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives within the Stakeholder Relations team
  • Support departmental compliance efforts by adhering to assigned SOC1 controls and ensuring control activities are completed appropriately
  • Understand and comply with all applicable SPP policies, procedures, and operational standards

To be successful in the role we're looking for:

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field; or six (6) years of job related work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement

Experience Requirements:
  • Senior: Six (6) years of job-related experience
  • Levell II: Three (3) years of job-related experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically demonstrated in a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products and database applications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated system administration experience

Preferred:
  • Salesforce administration development experience

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type, Location, and Hours:

This is a full-time, hybrid onsite position located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours as needed

Travel Requirement:
  • This position requires minimal travel (approximately 15%).
