Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity We are seeking a consultative, results-oriented professional to support dealer fixed operations across the greater Philadelphia and New Jersey area. This role requires residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the Philadelphia region and includes regular local travel. As a trusted advisor, you will support the growth and retention of Ally's F&I products by delivering strategic guidance, exceptional service, and hands-on consulting to assigned dealer accounts. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to mitigate claims leakage, influence dealer behaviors that impact loss performance, and consistently achieve territory goals. You will leverage data, insights, and behavioral principles such as the Hawthorne Effect to drive sustainable performance improvements. Additionally, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert in matrix partner meetings, contributing to discussions around financial structure, profitability, and operational effectiveness .
The Work Itself - Establish the "Hawthorne Effect" through regular and consistent onsite presence at assigned dealers
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealer personnel including principles and key decision-makers
- Analyze assigned accounts to identify opportunities for loss control
- Create and implement customized action plans for each assigned dealer to address identified opportunities
- Establish a dealer-facing contact cadence appropriate for assigned dealer based on loss performance
- Handle individual claims as needed or reconcile claim issues including adjudication of complex claims
- Perform mechanical inspections at assigned accounts based on business need
- Perform consultative reviews to assess sales versus submission, repair orders and used car trends, communicate results, impact and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver dealer-facing training to support products, processes and action plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities in SalesForce
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with matrix partners to support dealer retention and acquisitions
- Serve as a subject matter expert and assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Participate in additional training, educational activities, and regulatory compliance awareness
- Engage in and lead special projects
The Skills You Bring Minimum Qualification
1+ year of experience in the Automotive Industry HS diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

Base Pay Range : $65000 - $115000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
