Job Duties:
Coordinate supply of all materials purchased direct for service projects by Project Managers
Evaluate and act upon MRP requirements. Generate and adjust purchase orders to support production schedules
Receive and store materials in an organized manner and convenient location for removal
Perform cycle counts as directed and research discrepancies
Maintain real-time inventory level within the program's system of record
Mark or tag articles as necessary for identification purposes
Develop and maintain effective warehouse storage practices that promote efficient storage, identification, and retrieval
Operate hand and power equipment, including forklift, for material handling
Participate in special projects as required which will require light fabrication
Cut to length and operate equipment to notch plastic shapes for active service projects
Assure all service equipment is in proper working order while maintaining records of acquired tools/equipment
Occasional travel to support field service work. Supervise crews to perform equipment repairs and/or updates at customer sites located across the United States
*This is an onsite position located in Faribault, Minnesota.
RequirementsRequires a High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of related inventory control and material handling experience
Proven computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have mechanical aptitude and possess some millwright skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to analyze and handle multiple priorities necessary to complete work on a timely basis
Willingness to travel occasional field service work, up to 20% travel.
Ability to supervise others of up to 6-8 people when performing field service work
