Job Overview:
This position is the primary owner of Case360 responsible for business support and as subject matter expert and system administrator. This system is used by Employee Lease, Fraud and Funding for paper contracts and eContracting, so this position is required to be knowledgeable about and to support functions and to help drive digitalization efforts. The responsibilities include the monitoring and facilitation of system enhancements including documentation and testing and any new system development and to work with the vendors to help drive forward change. This includes ensuring that UAT and post-production validation are successfully completed on schedule following any scheduled or emergency release

Position may require ICS compliance activities as applicable
Responsibilities:
  • System Support and Management - Responsible as the primary business support and subject matter expert for Case360 technology. Regular monitoring of the Origination Systems central mailbox for questions/issues, support and training needs, and provide timely responses. Conduct production incident management process, including but not limited to identification, root cause analysis, resolution and tracking. Perform business rule annual review to ensure appropriate logic for current legal and discounting review needs, ensure most accurate and actionable prompts, well as identify and coordinate any strategic changes to promote digitalization. (20%)
  • Domain and Prioritization- Lead project management activities such as conducting preliminary research, requirements gathering, process documentation/design, and determining a conceptual design. Gather feedback on efficiency, usability, and customer experience. Plan for project and enhancement requests. Collect, document, prioritize & maintain detailed backlog in Jira of Business & IT enhancements/features &/or fixes as a result of the feedback from key stakeholders (Business, Interfacing systems - business and IT teams through regular production support). Active participation in Contract Origination Domain.
Enhancements/Fixes/Releases - Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance for functionality within the Case360. Develop strategy, manage & coordinate monthly and ad-hoc release testing activities including review of business requirements, development & Documentation of test cases in Jira, Prioritization of changes and their timing for development/implementation, Perform all user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-production validation for all system changes as well as the review and reporting of test results to key stakeholder groups. Approve all monthly or emergency releases. (30%)
  • Subject Matter Expert- Participate as SME in the development of corporate initiatives as they relate to system data, functionality and end-user experience. Conduct demos for Operations, interface teams, project teams. Build deals to test for business opportunities raised in a project discussion. Develop presentations to communicate changes/proposals to management. (20%)
  • Liaison- Act as the liaison to internal partners such as ITM, Business Center, etc. for all functionality and initiatives supported within the Case360. Also, as assigned, represent all of the Origination Systems on a project. (10%)
  • Compliance - Provide support for various audits, including but not limited to ICS / ICoM, State, Corporate, KPMG, A22, etc. (5%)
  • Vendor Management - Manage vendors that interface with Case360: Deal Exchange - eContracting; DealerTrack Digital Services - DDS - paper contracts. Provide requirements to vendors, communicate with vendors about oversight and monitoring, approve vendor changes, and ensure vendor prompt attention to any questions or issues. Work closely with vendors to drive forward changes in the timeliness needed by MBFS. Perform annual reviews of vendors to ensure compliance including records retention, compliance with SOWs, and invoice appropriateness. Facilitate monthly oversight meetings with vendors. (15%)
  • Provide after-hours support as needed. Most production releases occur on a Sunday and on-line presence and validation support required. In the case of an urgent production issue that occurs after-hours, support will be needed. Ensure support available during stakeholders' working hours which may include evenings and weekends. Participate in rotation with others in on-call responsibility to publish dealer notices if any system affecting dealer/customer experience is intermittently or completely down.

Qualifikationen Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

  • Information Technology: 2 years
Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, will consider candidate with High School Diploma with strong Business Center Background.

Recommended Prerequisites:
  • Prior experience in Discounting or as a System/Product Owner is strongly encouraged. Other recommended prerequisites including understanding of automotive business specific to MBFS, being detail-oriented, and ability to analyze problems
