This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will support daily site delivery, assist technicians in the field and contribute to safe and efficient delivery of fire installation and service works. You will play an important part in maintaining operational standards, guiding team performance and ensuring quality outcomes across varied client environments.
The Opportunity
You will support delivery of fire installation projects alongside ongoing service and maintenance across commercial, industrial, defence and government environments. The role combines technical field responsibilities with practical team leadership, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with relevant Australian standards.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to safe and efficient delivery of fire protection installation, service and maintenance works.
Provide practical guidance, mentoring and support to technicians.
Assist with planning and sequencing of works to meet programme requirements.
Maintain safety, quality and productivity outcomes across job sites.
Support client interactions and contribute to strong working relationships.
Assist with materials readiness and general site coordination.
Contribute to improving delivery efficiency and team performance.
About You
You are an experienced Fire Technician with exposure to leading hand, supervisory, team leadership or operational responsibilities, confident supporting daily delivery while remaining active in the field.
Proven experience within fire protection installation and/or service environments.
Broad technical knowledge across fire systems and compliance requirements.
Practical leadership capability with confidence guiding technicians.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage varied daily priorities.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and reliable service delivery.
Competent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel are preferred.
Current NT driver's licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police check.
Full, unrestricted and ongoing Australian working rights.
