As the Content Lead, you will drive the end-to-end creation, delivery and process for CP’s “always on” eCommerce content across all categories (Oral Care, Personal Care & Home Care) focusing on Amazon & Retailer.com platforms. This role’s priority is to direct creation of the right, high quality digital content on the right platform with the right message at the right time, partnering with Brand team and agency to drive ongoing engagement with consumers and allow us to quickly test and learn.

Your responsibilities:

• Translate brand, commercial and communication objectives to specific eCommerce content, both product detail pages as well as Display Media activations.
• Drive best-in-class content creation advising agency resources and partnering with Brand team.
• Spearhead trend-inspired test & learn plans for content across eCommerce channels.
• Leverage data to make decisions.
• Conduct rapid changes as needed to meet the needs of the always evolving business.
• Define and safeguard best practice content creation, management standards and processes, and provide mentorship and capability building for teams.
• Build strong and positive relationships with key creative partners externally to ensure we consistently apply best practices and leverage top talent for support.

What you need:

- Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years prior experience within content marketing or graphic design including online, (copywriting skills preferred).
• Proven curiosity, and strategic thinking skills.
• High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Preferred qualifications:

• Proven leadership and collaboration skills, experience managing a team of creative.
• Experience with A/B tests, using analytical data, user feedback, and user research to define or refine content so that it best meets user need.
• Experience in handling content delivery across eCommerce platforms.
