Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $50–$60/hr + Guaranteed Pay | Full or Part-Time | Woodstock, VT

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Woodstock, Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year (starting August 2026).

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time, even if student sessions are missed)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities

  • Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to students across grade levels
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
  • Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
  • Support students with:
    • Articulation and phonology
    • Receptive and expressive language
    • Social/pragmatic communication
    • Fluency and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Communicate regularly with families and caregivers

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
  • Active Vermont SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
