We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants a stable, community-focused role with strong benefits and support.
You’ll step into a clinical role focused on providing direct care to children, adults, and families through assessment, therapy, and coordination with other providers. This is a full-time, weekday position with a supportive care team and a focus on wellness.
You’ll practice in Heppner, Oregon, a quiet town known for scenic cycling, rolling hills, and the peaceful charm of eastern Oregon.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $73,900 – $111,600 (based on experience)
• $5,500 sign-on bonus
• $4,000 relocation assistance (if moving over 100 miles)
