Mission Overview

Join a high-impact Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) program supporting Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) as part of the JGASS II contract.

In this role, you will deliver Full Motion Video (FMV) and imagery intelligence that directly supports ISR operations and F3EA targeting (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze)-enabling real-time decision-making in complex operational environments.

This is a mission-first, high-tempo role where your analysis contributes directly to national security outcomes.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Perform advanced FMV and imagery analysis supporting Special Operations missions
  • Produce high-quality intelligence products for tactical and operational use
  • Conduct regional and point analysis across multiple intelligence sources
  • Support F3EA targeting methodology
  • Analyze traditional and non-traditional ISR data within GEOINT systems
  • Provide briefings and intelligence updates to leadership
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented operations environment
  • Support ISR mission execution and intelligence workflows in real time

Core Responsibilities

FMV & Imagery Analysis
  • Conduct advanced FMV analysis and exploitation
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and targets using multi-source intelligence
  • Generate detailed intelligence reports and visual products

Intelligence Production
  • Develop actionable intelligence supporting operational missions
  • Integrate IMINT with:
    • All-Source
    • SIGINT
    • MASINT
    • HUMINT

Operational Support
  • Support ISR operations and mission execution
  • Serve as or train to become an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC)
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts when required

Tools & Systems
  • Utilize GEOINT platforms and intelligence systems for analysis and reporting
  • Apply automation tools and software to enhance analytical output

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance (Required)
  • 5-6 years of intelligence experience in one or more of the following:
    • IMINT
    • All-Source Intelligence
    • SIGINT / MASINT / HUMINT
    • ISR / Sensor Operations
  • 2+ years of recent hands-on FMV analysis experience (within last 5-6 years)
  • FMV experience can come from:
    • IMINT roles
    • Sensor operations
    • ISR mission support
  • Experience supporting:
    • Targeting operations
    • Geospatial systems
    • Intelligence platforms
  • Strong ability to:
    • Produce intelligence products
    • Deliver briefings
    • Work in high-tempo environments
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM without looking at keyboard
  • Willingness to complete Government-provided ITC training

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Special Operations / JSOC environments
  • Familiarity with F3EA targeting methodology
  • Prior experience as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC)
  • Military background with imagery analysis experience

Relevant Military Backgrounds (Highly Valued)
  • Army: 35G / 96D (Imagery Analyst)
  • Air Force: 1N1 (Imagery Analyst)
  • Navy: 3910 (Imagery Interpretation "C" School)
  • Marines: 0241 (Imagery Analysis Specialist)

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 Full-Time
  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Full benefits package:

Work Schedule & Environment
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Modified Panama schedule
  • Includes days, nights, weekends
  • On-site at Fort Bragg, NC
  • Deployment opportunities (CONUS/OCONUS) after first year (3-month rotations)

What Will NOT Be a Fit
  • Candidates without active TS/SCI clearance
  • Candidates without recent hands-on FMV or imagery experience
  • Pure analysts with no operational or ISR exposure
  • Candidates unwilling to work on-site or in shift-based environments
