Job Overview:
This position is the primary owner of MB Advantage - Responsible for business support, subject matter expert and system administrator for the MB Advantage portal for the MBFS dealer business. The responsibilities include the monitoring and facilitation of system enhancements including documentation and testing and any new system development. Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the MB Advantage dealer portal. Ensure that UAT and post-production validation are successfully completed on schedule following the ITM release management process for scheduled or emergency releases. Work in conjunction with the MBFS Dealer Services Group in Fort Worth, TX, and provide second level system support to MBUSA/One Customer Unit (OCU) Financial Services Field Staff, Dealers, and other users. As needed represent MB Advantage at the MBFS and MBUSA/OCU business meetings. Prepare and deliver Dealer Point-of-Sale Technology presentations
Responsibilities:
- SME, Liaison, and Projects: Serve as the MB Advantage Subject Matter Expert in the development of corporate initiatives as they relate to MBAdvantage. Manage all Sales Leads within MBAdvantage and the Lead pipeline to Dealers' CRM systems. Manage all credit application and communication solutions for eCommerce enhancements for mbusa.com and Tier 3 Dealer Websites. Partner with MBUSA NetStar team regarding global changes and alignment of digital efforts. Process all changes as related to the establishing of new dealerships as well as buy/sell activities including coordination with Germany, MBUSA, and several internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for dealers. Align with the GEMS team in Germany for user access of MB dealers as well as Service Loaners. Conduct demos and training for Field and Dealer Services staff. Develop presentations to communicate changes/proposals to management. (35%)
- Lead project management activities such as requirements gathering, process documentation/design, and determining a conceptual design. Gather feedback on efficiency, usability, and customer experience, specifically with all MBAdvantage services. Collect, Document, Prioritize & maintain detailed backlog in Jira of Business & IT enhancements/features &/or fixes as a result of the feedback from key stakeholders (Business, Dealers, Sales field team, Interfacing system - business and IT teams through regular production support). Prioritize all topics raised in Sprint planning and Backlog grooming.(15%)
- Enhancements/Fixes/Releases: Manage & coordinate monthly and ad-hoc release testing activities including review of business requirements, development & Documentation of test cases in Jira, coordination & execution of testing, defect management. Perform all user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-production validation for all system changes as well as the review and reporting of test results to key stakeholder groups. Approve all monthly or emergency releases. (15%)
- Provide 2nd level support to the MBFS Dealer Services Group and the dealer network for credit submission, document management, remarketing, reporting, Balance to Maturity/Payoff, and administrative services. Work in conjunction with ITM on researching and resolving any system-related issues or product defects. Conduct production incident management process, including but not limited to identification, root cause analysis, resolution, and tracking. (15%)
- Vendor relationship owner for all vendors used and/or interfaces with for services through MBAdvantage including but not limited to: COX Automotive (DealerTrack) for all Credit Aggregation with MBFS. Perform vendor management oversight and communication as required by the Vendor Management Office and the Corporation including regular business reviews and meetings, Data@Cloud reviews, information security assessments. (10%)
- Compliance: Create, maintain, and publish all compliance system procedures in Compass. Ensure compliance to all policies - corporate internal and external - that may apply to MB Advantage including but not limited to A22, GLBA. (5%)
- Provide after-hours support to the MBFS Dealer Services Group, ITM, or the Mercedes-Benz dealer network as needed. Most production releases occur on a Sunday and on-line presence and validation support required. In the case of an urgent production issue that occurs after hours, support will be needed. Ensure support available during stakeholders' working hours which may include evenings and weekends. Also participate in rotation with other MBFS system owners in on-call responsibility to publish dealer notices if any system affecting dealer/customer experience is intermittently or completely down. (5%)
International Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Canada and Mexico counterparts as needed
Qualifikationen Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of 5-8 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Education:
