Salary Range: USD $185K/yr $210K/yr + Benefits + Relocation Assistance Job Description: Seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to lead tax planning, compliance, and ASC 740 income tax provision projects. This role involves managing multiple client engagements, mentoring teams, and supporting business growth, with a clear path to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and review corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 engagements
- Lead client projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Provide tax planning strategies and technical guidance
- Review complex tax returns and provisions
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's/LLM/JD preferred)
- CPA or active law license required
- 5-7+ years of tax compliance/consulting experience
- Strong ASC 740 and corporate tax expertise
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of US GAAP, state/local, and international tax
Skills: - Strong analytical and communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
