Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Relocation Incentive

Warriors Heart - is a Private Adult Drug & Alcohol Treatment that exclusively treats our Nations Heros - Active Duty Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters and First Responders.

*Pay ranges depending on qualifications/experience.*

*Financial relocation assistance is provided. *

*Duties to include but not limited to:*

- Individual therapy sessions for clients.

- Group therapy

- Charting of all assessments, sessions and groups

- Attend Treatment Team Staffing

- Maintain compliance

- Contact with family members, crisis interventions, etc.

*Requirements to include but not limited to:*

- Must have a Virginia clinical license

- Successfully pass a background check

- Team player and excellent communicator

- Calm demeanor and mission driven

- Knowledge of alcoholism/ addiction and the 12 Steps

- Experience treating PTSD

- Knowledge of Joint Commission and State policies

- HIPAA Compliant

- Computer skills - word, excel, outlook, EHR, etc.

Experience:
* Military/ 1st Responder: 1 year (Preferred)
* Addiction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* LPC. LMFT, or LCSW License (Required)
