We are looking for a Technical Officer, Known Good Die (KGD) to support our Canadian Photonics Fabrication Centre (CPFC) Research Centre. The Technical Officer would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
This position will focus on supporting Known Good Die (KGD) preparation and testing for semiconductor device development and pre‑commercial production in a cleanroom environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the back‑end processing and characterization of semiconductor components to ensure device quality and reliability.
Working as part of a collaborative team of technical specialists, the incumbent will operate, maintain, and support a range of KGD‑related tools and processes. All processing will be conducted according to established procedures, safety protocols, and process instructions documented in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and scheduled by the operations and planning teams.
