  • Partner with manufacturing sites to establish CI best practices and provide hands-on guidance
  • Participate actively in site review processes, providing reporting and accountability at the leadership level

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or demonstrated proficiency
  • 3–5 years of broad plant operations experience with a focus on continuous improvement, operations leadership, or integration
  • Proven track record as a change leader within a large, complex organization

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance
  • Paid vacation and 401(k)
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Approximately 10% travel to manufacturing locations
