The Opportunity

  • Salary Range: $32.95 – $41.42 (Up to $48.00 based on experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Available (case by case)
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500 (case by case)
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality respiratory care across diverse patient populations:

  • Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments, including breath sound evaluation and clinical analysis
  • Administer therapeutic treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and airway clearance techniques
  • Assist with airway management and oversee invasive and noninvasive ventilation support
  • Monitor and adjust patient care plans based on response to treatment
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and therapies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and nursing staff
  • Support critical care situations, including neonatal and emergency response
  • Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety compliance of respiratory equipment

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate Degree, Vocational Training, or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy
  • Licensure: Active RRT or RCP State License required
  • Certifications: BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire
  • Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Interview Process: Onsite interview required
