About the Role:
As a Coordinator Employment Services, you will lead the delivery of integrated case management, community project coordination, and site operations across remote Job Pathways locations. Working on a rotational roster, you’ll provide hands-on leadership while supporting job seekers into meaningful employment and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal communities, employers, and local stakeholders.

Roster Overview
This position follows an 8-cycle rotational roster across 48 weeks, providing a balance of remote community work, time in Kununurra, and dedicated rest periods.
Each cycle includes:
Flights are fully covered, and accommodation and vehicle use are provided while in Balgo and Kununurra.
