Solid Rock Recruiting is hiring on behalf of a top-tier commercial painting contractor in Charlotte, North Carolina – and we’re looking for a leader ready to take charge of complex Division 9 paint and coatings projects. Relocation support is available for the right candidate!
Manage commercial painting projects from planning through completion
Coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and field crews to ensure quality execution
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and safety compliance
Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job scopes
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain job quality
Lead field teams while fostering a positive, safety-first culture
3–5+ years of PM experience in commercial paint/coatings
Strong knowledge of surface prep, product systems, and application techniques
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and jobs simultaneously
Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work with a well-established, respected paint contractor in a booming market
