An established, growth-minded dermatology group is seeking a full-time Dermatologist to anchor a brand-new office in highly sought-after Columbia. This position is available due to sustained patient demand, offering immediate volume and the rare chance to shape a fresh, thoughtfully designed clinical space from day one.

You’ll practice alongside a collaborative team within a semi-autonomous structure. A fellow physician rotates between locations, providing collegial support while allowing you meaningful independence in your day-to-day workflow. The environment is steady, efficient and clinically focused—built for physicians who value both productivity and professional latitude.

This is an opportunity to practice comprehensive dermatology—medical and surgical, with cosmetic services available if desired. Patient volume (32–40 per day) is already established and ultimately remains in your control.
