Surgical Affiliates Management Group, Inc. (SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join our established surgical team at St. Lukeâs Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, hospital-based model while serving a growing community in a dynamic healthcare environment.


Position Details
  • Full-time hospital-based vascular surgery position

  • Provide services in a Level III Trauma Center

  • Manage acute and elective vascular cases, including arterial and venous procedures

  • Participate in call rotation as part of a structured surgical coverage model

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care

  • 24/7 support from advanced practice providers and hospital staff

  • Employed model with administrative and operational support provided by SAMGI


Qualifications
  • Board Certification in Vascular Surgery

  • Active Idaho Medical License (or ability to obtain)

  • ACLS and BLS Certification

  • Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience preferred

  • Experience in trauma, emergent, and elective vascular procedures
