What you'll do:- Lead the management of complex trauma and emergency surgical cases
- Deliver timely, decisive care in high-acuity situations
- Partner closely with critical care, emergency medicine, and specialty teams
- Play an active role in advancing care standards and clinical outcomes
Core Requirements:- MD or DO with formal training in General Surgery
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care or Acute Care Surgery preferred
- Eligible for or holding an active Florida medical license highly preferred.
- ATLS certification
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-risk cases with sound clinical judgment
- Clear, confident communication and leadership in multidisciplinary settings
- Willingness to take on a dynamic schedule, including nights and weekends
