We're hiring a Solar Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial solar construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll own budget, schedule, safety, subcontractor management, procurement, and client communication across a growing Solar EPC division.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants full lifecycle ownership, visibility to leadership, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding renewable energy business.
What You'll Be Doing
• Manage solar projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, billings, cashflow forecasting, and change orders
• Lead scheduling, site coordination, progress reporting, and field productivity tracking
• Administer contracts and maintain project documentation/compliance
• Manage procurement and subcontractor buyouts
• Conduct site visits, project meetings, and support field leadership
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety standards
• Support business development through site evaluations and due diligence
• Resolve customer concerns, delays, and claims professionally
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of solar or electrical construction project management experience
• Strong technical expertise in photovoltaic (PV) and DC electrical systems
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, institutional, or healthcare projects
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and construction specifications
• Competence in estimating, labor factor analysis, and cost modification
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office proficiency
• Familiarity with computerized estimating tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Compensation & Work Model
USD $105,000-$120,000 annually
10-15% annual performance bonus
Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
Permanent full-time
