Program: JGASS II - Geospatial Intelligence Program

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI (Required)

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) or 1099 Contractor

Compensation Options

Full-Time W-2

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Mission Impact

Join one of the most mission-critical Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) programs supporting national security operations. As part of the JGASS II contract, you will deliver Full Motion Video (FMV) and imagery intelligence that directly supports Special Operations and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) missions.

Your analysis will play a key role in enabling Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze (F3EA) targeting operations and advancing real-time battlefield awareness.

Position Overview

Fathom Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Motion Video (FMV) Imagery Analyst Level I to support high-tempo intelligence operations.

This role is ideal for intelligence professionals with hands-on FMV and imagery experience, even if not in a dedicated full-time FMV analyst role. Candidates from IMINT, All-Source, SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or ISR/Sensor Operator backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will conduct advanced FMV and imagery analysis, produce intelligence products, and support tactical and operational intelligence missions in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

FMV & Imagery Analysis
  • Perform advanced Full Motion Video (FMV) and imagery analysis supporting Special Operations missions.
  • Produce detailed intelligence products supporting F3EA targeting methodology:
    • Find
    • Fix
    • Finish
    • Exploit
    • Analyze
  • Conduct regional and point analysis using multiple intelligence sources.

Intelligence Production & Analysis
  • Develop and deliver imagery intelligence products and assessments.
  • Apply analytical techniques across:
    • IMINT
    • All-Source Intelligence
    • SIGINT / MASINT / HUMINT
  • Evaluate intelligence systems, processes, and methodologies to support mission requirements.

Operational Support & Collaboration
  • Support ISR operations and serve as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
  • Provide briefings and intelligence updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Guide and support junior analysts in producing intelligence outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional intelligence teams in a high-tempo operational environment.

Tools & Technology
  • Utilize intelligence systems, geospatial platforms, and analytical tools to support mission execution.
  • Apply automation tools and computer applications for analysis and product development.

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (REQUIRED)
  • 5-6 years of intelligence experience in one or more of the following:
    • IMINT
    • All-Source Intelligence
    • SIGINT
    • MASINT
    • HUMINT
    • ISR / Sensor Operations
  • 2+ years of recent hands-on FMV analysis experience (within last 5-6 years)
  • Experience supporting operational and tactical intelligence missions
  • Experience in targeting, geospatial systems, and intelligence platforms
  • Ability to produce high-quality imagery intelligence products
  • Strong briefing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with intelligence automation tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM without looking at the keyboard
  • Willingness to complete Government-provided ITC training and serve in that capacity

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Special Operations / JSOC environments
  • Prior experience as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC)
  • Experience with F3EA targeting methodology
  • Military background with FMV analysis experience (highly valued)
