An established private dermatology practice in Tucson is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its collaborative, patient-focused team. This is a full-time opportunity designed for a physician who values efficiency, strong clinical support and a respectful workplace culture.

You’ll step into a full patient panel on day one, practicing primarily general / medical dermatology in a well-run setting that prioritizes quality care and collegiality. The group places real importance on bedside manner and mutual respect—patients, staff and providers alike.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time schedule of four days per week with immediate patient demand
• General / medical dermatology; established referral base and consistent volume
• 35–40 patients per day with experienced, high-precision clinical support
• 3–4 exam rooms per provider; EMA / EMR workflow already in place
