Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris is growing and building a high-performance service department. We’re looking for a Lead Technician / Shop Foreman who can lead from the front, drive production, and help develop the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily shop workflow and support dispatching
  • Diagnose and handle complex repairs (gas + diesel preferred)
  • Mentor and develop technicians
  • Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Reduce comebacks and enforce process
  • Work closely with service advisors and leadership
  • Help build a strong, accountable culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years technician experience (Ford and/or CDJR preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, drivability, diesel a plus)
  • Leadership mindset — not just a technician
  • Ability to train and hold others accountable
  • Process-driven and organized
  • Positive attitude — no excuses, team-first mentality

Compensation & Benefits

  • $90,000 – $140,000+ per year (based on experience & production)
  • Up to $10K Signing Bonus for qualified candidates
