Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Magnum is hiring a Diesel Technician who will also serve as the 2nd Shift Supervisor, combining hands-on repair work with leadership responsibilities to support shop operations and team performance. This role will oversee daily maintenance operations, support technicians, and ensure high-quality repairs and efficient shop performance.

- Perform and support advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on tractors and trailers
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for technical issues within the shop
- Assist with maintenance scheduling and prioritization to minimize downtime
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company and regulatory standards
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians to build skills and improve performance
- Implement industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies when handling tools and equipment
