Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with a multi-entity, family-owned restaurant group in the Wisconsin Dells to find an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.

What's the role?

The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests. This position involves overseeing all front-of-house operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will I do day to day?
  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to uphold service standards.
  • Coordinate shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Oversee catering operations and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new front-of-house team members.

Required skills and qualifications:
  • SafeServe Wisconsin certification
  • Proven experience in team management within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively train staff on food handling procedures and service protocols.
  • Experience in shift management to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members.
  • Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.

What will my schedule look like?

This is a fully on-site position based in the Wisconsin Dells. The schedule aligns with peak restaurant industry hours, including lunch and dinner service. Travel is minimal and limited to moving between nearby locations within the same city.
