Background Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in, Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Preferred.
· 3 to 5 years elastomer experience; strong compounding ability in elastomers, especially the exotics such as FKM.
· 2 to 3 years direct manufacturing support experience.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop rubber compounds to meet various customer specifications and in-house projects.
· Provide sale support pertaining to quotes and compound recommendations.
· Provide manufacturing support through process improvements and cost reductions efforts.
