Senior Master Technician - Relocation Assistance to Eagle River

We're looking for a Senior Master Technician—either factory certified or with at least five years of hands-on experience—to become part of our dedicated service team. This role involves tackling a wide variety of mechanical tasks, diagnosing advanced vehicle issues, and delivering outstanding customer care. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in automotive repair along with a passion for craftsmanship and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad spectrum of vehicle repairs with speed and accuracy

  • Troubleshoot and correct advanced mechanical and system-related problems using modern diagnostic equipment

  • Maintain detailed documentation of services and repairs performed

  • Ensure every job meets or exceeds manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations

  • Keep up with evolving vehicle technology through ongoing training and certifications

  • Speak clearly with customers to walk them through service recommendations or concerns

  • Work cooperatively with the team to keep the shop clean, efficient, and well-organized

  • Follow all safety standards and workplace guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ford Certification Required
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an auto technician; Master Tech credentials strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, parts, and diagnostics

  • Confident using diagnostic software and repair tools

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude

  • Able to stay organized and productive in a high-volume environment

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and being on your feet for long periods
