We're looking for a Senior Master Technician—either factory certified or with at least five years of hands-on experience—to become part of our dedicated service team. This role involves tackling a wide variety of mechanical tasks, diagnosing advanced vehicle issues, and delivering outstanding customer care. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in automotive repair along with a passion for craftsmanship and precision.

Responsibilities
Handle a broad spectrum of vehicle repairs with speed and accuracy
Troubleshoot and correct advanced mechanical and system-related problems using modern diagnostic equipment
Maintain detailed documentation of services and repairs performed
Ensure every job meets or exceeds manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations
Keep up with evolving vehicle technology through ongoing training and certifications
Speak clearly with customers to walk them through service recommendations or concerns
Work cooperatively with the team to keep the shop clean, efficient, and well-organized
Follow all safety standards and workplace guidelines
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 5 years of professional experience as an auto technician; Master Tech credentials strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, parts, and diagnostics
Confident using diagnostic software and repair tools
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
Able to stay organized and productive in a high-volume environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and being on your feet for long periods
