Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd shift
Location: Kenosha, WI
Pay Range:$70,000 - $85,000
What's the Job? - Oversee and maintain safety, quality, and production standards within the assigned department
- Ensure proper staffing requirements are met and enforce all safety practices
- Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor departmental efficiencies
- Verify compliance with HACCP, GMP, BRC, and other global standards
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve production goals and uphold quality standards
What's Needed? - Minimum of 5 years of experience in food processing, with familiarity in USDA and HACCP standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary coursework or a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions and lead a team effectively
- Experience with lock out/tag out procedures, GMP, and safety protocols
