Production Supervisor

Job Description

Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Range:$70,000 - $85,000

What's the Job?
  • Oversee and maintain safety, quality, and production standards within the assigned department
  • Ensure proper staffing requirements are met and enforce all safety practices
  • Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor departmental efficiencies
  • Verify compliance with HACCP, GMP, BRC, and other global standards
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve production goals and uphold quality standards

What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food processing, with familiarity in USDA and HACCP standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary coursework or a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to make quick, sound decisions and lead a team effectively
  • Experience with lock out/tag out procedures, GMP, and safety protocols
