Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and related automation equipment.
Create system layouts, wiring diagrams, process flows, and integration documentation.
Lead automation commissioning, testing, and validation activities.
Process Improvement & Optimization
Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation or semi-automation.
Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance safety.
Optimize cycle times, material flow, and equipment uptime through data analysis and root-cause problem solving.
Project Management
Manage automation projects from concept through full deployment.
Develop project timelines, budgets, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
