What You'll Do

This isn't just a desk job-you'll be on the ground, leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring airline crews reach their destinations safely and on time.

• Lead Daily Operations - Oversee station performance, ensuring all transportation services run efficiently.

Develop & Motivate Teams - Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing operations staff.
Ensure Safety & Compliance - Monitor vehicle maintenance, enforce safety protocols, and uphold DOT regulations.
Drive Operational Success - Manage budgets, control costs, and improve efficiency in daily operations.

• Optimize Scheduling - Create driver schedules based on real-time demand to maximize productivity.

Work With Dispatch - Communicate, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain Performance Standards - Handle coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.

Work Environment & Location

Tampa, FL - Candidates must be within a 35-minute commute.
100% On-Site Role - No Remote Work.
Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applicants from various industries who have strong management experience and a hands-on leadership style.

Management Experience - 2+ years in operations, logistics, transportation, retail, hospitality, or a similar field.

Problem-Solver - Thrives in dynamic, high-pressure situations and can think fast on their feet.

People Leader - Experienced in hiring, training, and motivating teams to exceed performance goals.

Operational Know-How - Ability to oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance (transportation background is a plus but not required).

Strong Communicator - Able to work with dispatch, drivers, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Valid Driver's License - Must have a clean driving record.
