The Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) at GTI Energy gives top-performing recent graduates in Mechanical, Chemical, and Technical Engineering the opportunity to contribute to solving global energy challenges. This full-time, permanent role begins with a two-year, high-visibility rotational program that provides hands-on experience across a broad range of energy technology development and implementation activities.
Participants will complete up to four rotations, each approximately six months in duration, across the following departments: Research & Engineering, Engineering Operations, Digital Analytics, and Zero Emissions Systems. Rotational placements are aligned with current priorities and evolving business needs. Throughout the program, associate engineers will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions while developing both technical depth and breadth across multiple disciplines.
Upon completion of the program, participants will transition into a permanent engineering role within GTI Energy in their chosen area of interest, positioning them for long-term career growth and impact.
