Overview         

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to deliver quality engineering design in Water Engineering. The role includes reviewing calculations, drawings, and specifications, supporting project and design management, and building strong client relationships.

Your role

  • Technical responsibility for engineering design delivery.
  • Undertake peer design reviews on projects.
  • Produce and review calculations, drawings, specifications on projects.
  • Project Management and Design Management of our consultancy services, delivering projects to time and to budget.
  • Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers.
  • Co-ordination, collaboration and management of other discipline inputs into projects.
  • Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities.
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients.

About you

  • Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Prefer Chartered Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Chemical);.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Have design experience in at least one of the following: sewage, drainage, wastewater, water and/or utilities engineering.
  • Have AutoCAD, BIM modelling and hydraulic skills will be an advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Candidates having more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer.
