Position Details:

• Multiple FTE's Available

• Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every third weekend and rotating holidays

• Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour

• Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin

What You’ll Do:

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes

• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans

• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings

What You’ll Receive:

• A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered to candidates with two or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with less than two years of experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus

• New Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience

• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance (for candidates with 1+ year of RT experience who meet relocation guidelines)

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care

• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire

• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
