- **Experience Required:** - A minimum of 5 years of electrical sign installation and service experience. - Ability to operate both crane and bucket trucks (preferred crane operator certification). - A clean driver's license (a CDL is preferred but not mandatory). - Experience installing and wiring/service for channel letters, pylon/monument signs, LED displays, awnings, canopies, etc. independently. - Ability to supervise 1 or 2 assistant/apprentice-level field technicians. - Willingness to travel (Company-paid drive time, meals, and hotel accommodations). - Skill in setting up the installation schedule.
