A thriving, modern veterinary partner hospital in the Chesapeake / Virginia Beach area is looking for a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their compassionate, collaborative team. Your Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat urgent cases including wounds, infections, GI distress, and euthanasia

  • Administer medications, fluids, and perform in-house diagnostics

  • Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and outcomes

  • Work collaboratively within a supportive medical team using a cloud-based EMR system

Qualifications

  • DVM or VMD degree (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)

  • Active Virginia veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • 1–2 years' experience in emergency or urgent care settings preferred

  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
