Primary Responsibilities - Serve as a primary production analyst within the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), developing, updating, validating, and maintaining authoritative Order of Battle (OOB) and force structure data in direct support of DIA intelligence production requirements.
- Conduct in-depth all-source analysis to ensure MIDB data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current classified reporting, finished intelligence, and authoritative databases.
- Research, evaluate, and deconflict single-source reporting, technical data, open-source information, and finished intelligence to support production updates and database validation.
- Produce finished intelligence products and database updates in accordance with DIA production standards and timelines.
- Support targeting, cyber intelligence, and operational planning efforts by maintaining accurate force structure and entity data within MIDB.
- Adhere to Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and DIA analytic tradecraft standards and production guidelines.
- Coordinate with Intelligence Community partners, USCYBERCOM components, and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure authoritative database integrity.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) as a primary production system for Order of Battle (OOB) production, force structure analysis, database validation, and authoritative data maintenance.
- Experience supporting DIA production requirements, including adherence to analytic tradecraft standards and production timelines.
- Experience using intelligence production tools and databases such as: Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, iSpace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote.
- TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
Desired Skills - Experience supporting USCYBERCOM or cyber-focused intelligence missions.
- Knowledge of cyber threat trends, adversary infrastructure, and operational indicators.
- Experience providing intelligence support to operational or contingency planning.
- Experience supporting targeting or mission management functions.
- Strong written and verbal briefing skills for senior intelligence stakeholders.
Compensation Target Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000
