Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead a portfolio of client services platforms that power agents assisting and providing customer service to our customers across North America
Serve primary subject matter expert for multiple system applications monitoring system performance, and resolving escalated issues across US, CAN, MEX, Vendors, and the Contact Center. Act as the liaison between business and IT, leading requirements gathering, planning, analysis, and implementation of system enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience
Oversee prioritization, testing, user acceptance, and deployment of system changes while managing stakeholder communication, documentation, and alignment with corporate compliance and security requirements, including audits
Lead, coach, and supervise direct reports, driving performance, accountability, and added value for customers, dealers, and brand partners. In addition, will be required to work weekends for monthly releases and support system outages during Operations defined hours of operations
Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Outcomes: Own the product vision and roadmap for agent platforms spanning multiple applications. Translate agent, and business needs into prioritized product investments that improve customer and agent satisfaction, agent efficiency, and operational stability
Balance trade-offs across customer experience, regulatory requirements, cost, and operational (25%)
• Product Execution & Delivery: Serve as the primary product owner for assigned platforms,
accountable for requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and release readiness
Partner with Technology, Vendors, and Operations to deliver enhancements using Agile
methodologies. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and change readiness to ensure high quality, low-risk deployments. Act as the escalation point for complex issues impacting customer or agent experiences. (25%)
• Operational & Platform Leadership: Provide product leadership for platform stability,
performance, and resilience, including incident response and root-cause remediation. Lead cross-functional coordination during critical incidents and major releases to minimize customer and operational impact. Ensure platforms meet security, compliance, and audit requirements in partnership with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure delivery aligns with product strategy and service level expectations. (25%)
• Stakeholder & People Leadership: Serve as a trusted product partner to Operations, Contact
Center leadership, Compliance, IT, and Business stakeholders across the U.S., Canada, and
Mexico. Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs clearly to executive and operational audiences. Lead, coach, and develop 1-5 direct reports, fostering accountability, product thinking, and continuous improvement. (25%)
Qualifikationen Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Education:
