Job Description – Warehouse/Loadout (A Shift – Days)

This position is an entry-level labor role working on A Shift (Days) in the Warehouse/Loadout area. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve pallets from the pallet stack and stage them on the infeed line for use.
  • Pick boxes from the conveyor and place them onto the correct pallets.
  • Signal the mule driver when a pallet is full and ready to be removed, ensuring you remain clear while the pallet is being pulled.
  • Remove damaged boxes and transport them to the rework area for return to the plant.
  • Move boxes from the reject conveyor in the rework area and separate them by product code for rework.
  • Separate rejected product from the reject line for rework processing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by keeping it free of debris, box straps, and other hazards at all times.
