As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. - Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance.
- Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects.
- Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem-solving.
- Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
What's Needed? - Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- On the floor experience; working with tanks, pumps, rotoformers
- Chemical background
- Open to someone greener (less than 3 years experience)
