*What You’ll Do*
* Provide high-quality clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and clients
* Lead training, coaching, and development of RBTs and ABA staff
* Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
* Conduct functional assessments/analyses and monitor progress
* Deliver model teaching and hands-on clinical support
* Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal team members
* Maintain accurate documentation and complete notes within required timeframes
* Stay up-to-date with ABA research and continuing education (CEUs required every 2 years)
