Community Hospital / Canyon View Surgery Center – Grand Junction, CO
Community Hospital and Canyon View Surgery Center are seeking a full-time Surgical Technologist with orthopedic experience to join our high-performing surgical services team. Location: Community Hospital / Canyon View Surgery Center (Onsite)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field
Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and surgical services staff to ensure safe and efficient procedures
Prepare and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment prior to procedures
Label and manage medications on the sterile field in compliance with safety standards
Prepare the operating room with all required supplies and equipment
Assist with room turnover, including cleaning, restocking, and returning instruments and equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Surgical Technologist
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience, with orthopedic experience required
BLS certification required upon hire
Certified Surgical Technologist: $30.00 – $34.50 per hour (based on education and experience)
$10,000 sign-on bonus
