Position: Color Matcher Location: Walton, KY Salary: $49K/yr - $68K/yr + Benefits + Relocation Assistance Full-Time Role/Direct-HireJob Description: - Check the database for existing color matches and formulas (using X-Rite database).
- Create new matches for unmatched colors - all within a DE of 1.
- Match colors from Pantone Live or existing archives, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Save and catalog samples for future reference.
- Update and maintain the color formula database, assigning new numbers for unmatched shades.
- Roll out three test sheets for the Art Department with PMS and formula details.
- Send final rollouts within a three-day turnaround window.
- Distribute updated formula databases to all locations monthly.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience toning inks and color matching.
- Background in flexographic printing.
- Expertise with water-based inks and color formulation systems.
