Mechanical Technician - Entry Level / Apprenticeship Opportunity Location: Oakfield, NY |
Pay: $22-$24/hour |
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays
Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn? Our team is looking to hire
2 motivated individuals to join our fleet maintenance operations. No extensive experience is required - if you enjoy working with machines and have a mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do: - Start by resurfacing cylinder heads for Cat 3500 series reciprocating engines across the fleet.
- Work in a 40,000 sq. ft., climate-controlled warehouse with CNC machines to assist in component production.
- Gain hands-on experience in heavy equipment, machinery, and engine maintenance.
- Learn from experienced technicians while developing your mechanical skills.
What We're Looking For: - Anyone mechanically inclined - could be fresh out of high school.
- Ex-military candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Automotive, heavy equipment, or any type of machine maintenance experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to comply with random drug testing, including hair follicle tests.
