Content Moderators play a critical role in ensuring safe and inclusive online communities. This mission-driven role involves moderating online content to create a positive and secure environment for users.

This project focuses on moderating and ensuring the accuracy of content (images, text, videos, and listings) for one of the world's leading technology companies. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and relevance of the digital space.

• Norwegian native speaker with fluency in English.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and skills.
• Organized and efficient in managing time and tasks.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and inquisitive with the ability to work independently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Use specific product knowledge to ensure the accuracy of online content.
• Moderate and review content to comply with client policies and guidelines.
• Stay informed about social media trends, influencers, and engagement patterns.
• Deliver quality results within agreed timelines.
• Identify and escalate issues beyond established policies.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data.
• Process and analyze content requests that do not meet compliance requirements.
• Apply market-specific insights to enhance user community support.
