*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, particularly children, who have developmental disabilities and require behavioral therapy interventions.
Monthly bonus opportunities as well as relocation assistance are available.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Implement behavioral therapy interventions tailored to each individual's needs
* Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
* Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation
*Qualifications*
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* Experience working with individuals, especially children, with developmental disabilities
* Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
* Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices - Excellent knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
* Ability to maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
