About Us
At headspace Esperance, we’re a passionate team of Psychologists, Social Workers, a Youth Worker, Community Engagement Officer, and a Registered Mental Health Nurse. We’re proud to be the only youth-focused mental health service in the region, offering vital early intervention support for young people aged 12–25.
Our Lead Agency, HOPE Community Services, also operates the Goldfields Community Alcohol and Drug Service, providing holistic and coordinated support to the local community.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Youth Counsellor (or Graduate) who is skilled, compassionate, and passionate about working alongside young people.
In this diverse and rewarding role, you’ll be a key point of contact for young people accessing headspace Esperance, offering brief interventions, psycho-social assessments, therapeutic support, and group facilitation. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to contribute to outreach, school engagement, and community events.
